Raymond Diep is a Canadian real estate lawyer based in Mississauga, Ontario.

My first job after passing the bar was taking over for a real estate lawyer at a small firm in the Little Portugal neighbourhood of Toronto. One year later, I was hired by a larger firm in Mississauga, where I spent the next five years leading the real estate practice and growing it to over 300 transactions per year across Ontario.

In 2019, I left to set up my own firm, Diep Law, with some of my former team and clients. After navigating an intense period during COVID, the market eventually slowed down significantly in 2022. I took this as an opportunity to wind down the firm and take a break from practicing law.

After a few years of dabbling in writing, sales, construction and hospitality, I've decided to return to law. However, now I work alone and only take on a handful of clients at a time. I personally manage every deal and know all my clients by name, not file number. So, you can expect fast replies and direct access to me throughout your transaction.
