$1,250 + HST
Covers all standard work: agreement review, mortgage payout, title transfer, and final report.


🧾 Transfer Taxes and Title Insurance

Easy to estimate. Based on purchase price.

  • Provincial Land Transfer Taxes: ~1.5–2.5%
  • Toronto Land Transfer Taxes: ~1.5–2.5%
  • Title Insurance: ~0.1%


🟡 Additional Charges

Sometimes extra work is needed. For example:

  • Occupancy closings – $1,000
  • Execution clearance letters – $250
  • Title amendments and corrections - $500
  • CRA certificates for non-residents – $500
  • Closing date extensions or changes – $500
